3. Full consent text

I consent to the processing of my personal data by SAMUM, Zimowa 5/1, 05-500 Nowa Iwiczna, Poland, VAT/NIP: PL7321925395, for the purpose of sending me marketing information about Nodevzone, including information about products, services, features, offers, promotions, educational materials, events, and updates, by electronic mail to the e-mail address I provide.

This consent includes receiving commercial information and marketing communication by electronic means in accordance with applicable laws.

Providing data and giving consent is voluntary. Refusal to consent does not affect the ability to use the Service, unless a particular communication is necessary to perform an ordered service, maintain an account, process payments, ensure security, or provide technical communication.

I may withdraw my consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in a received message or by contacting hello@nodevzone.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Data scope

For marketing purposes, we may process:

  1. e-mail address;
  2. first name, if provided;
  3. company name, if provided;
  4. consent information, including date, source, consent version, and IP address or technical identifier;
  5. information about opens, clicks, and message interactions, if such measurements are used;
  6. communication preferences and unsubscribe status.

5. Purpose of communication

Marketing communication may concern in particular:

  1. Nodevzone features;
  2. new plans, offers, and promotions;
  3. guides about landing pages, AI, lead generation, automation, and marketing;
  4. invitations to webinars, events, or demos;
  5. surveys, satisfaction research, and feedback requests;
  6. information about changes that are not messages required to perform an agreement.

6. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing data for marketing purposes based on this consent is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

For establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, documenting consent, defending against claims, and ensuring compliance of marketing activities with law, the legal basis may also be the Controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Retention period

Data processed on the basis of marketing consent is retained until consent is withdrawn, an objection is raised, the person unsubscribes, or the marketing purpose ends.

Information needed to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn may be retained for the limitation period of claims or for the period required by law.

8. Data recipients

Data may be disclosed to providers of e-mail marketing tools, e-mail services, hosting, analytics, CRM, customer support, security, legal and technical advisers, and public authorities where required by law.

9. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we use mechanisms required by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other permitted safeguards.
